Super Mario Bros. Deluxe Cheats For Game Boy Color

1. Use Luigi

   On the screen with Mario standing, it keeps beeping. Press Select and you will be Luigi.

2. Yoshi Egg Finder in Challenge Mode

   Once you've found at least one Yoshi Egg, a Yoshi option should appear in the Toy Box. Select it, and a random level's Egg location will be shown. At first, it only shows the screen you should find the egg on, but as you get more eggs, the hints become more detailed.

3. Secret Melody

   After the Gameboy logo has appeared, hold either the A or B buttons. The music that plays when you save the Princess will play on the intro screen.

4. Unlock -SMB for Super Players-

   In a normal game once you get 300,000 points it will be unlocked. These are the lost levels that were originally Super Mario Bros. 2 in Japan and appeared in Super Mario All Stars elsewhere.

5. Unlock -You Vs. Boo- Race Levels

   In a normal game once you get 100,000 points they will be unlocked.

6. Fireworks at end of level

   Finish the level with a time of 1 3 or 6 at the end, and you will get the amount of fireworks that it ended in. You get 500 points per firework.

7. Get 5 more lifes at the start of a new file

   Go into the fortune telling part. Keep randomly picking a card, until you get an Extremely Lucky card. Now start a new file. You will have 10 lifes instead of 5.
   
   NOTE:This will only work on a new file. It won't do anything on a file with progress.

8. Be any type of Mario in You VS Boo mode

   On the part where you choose the level you want in You VS Boo, press select. It will change you so that you can be any kind you want. Normal, Super, or Fire Mario.

9. Earn Mario and Bowser medals

   Complete the original game to earn the Mario medal. Then go back to the same file and play the 2nd quest. Beat that to earn the Bowser medal.
