Madden NFL 08 Cheats For PlayStation 2

1. How to make your superstar an 99 overall in Superstar Mode.

   I have just recently discovered this trick while playing Madden 08 Superstar Mode.
   
   There are 2 parts since one of the parts are optional if you know the game well.
   
   Part 1 (Optional if you know the roster well)
   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Step 1: Go to Superstar mode and press "Rookies From The 07' Draft Class"
   Step 2: Search and find what player you want to have an 99 overall (DO NOT PRESS ON THE PLAYER!)
   Step 3: Write the person's name and exit out of Superstar mode.

   Part 2
   -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
   Step 1: Go to "Rosters" and find your player
   Step 2: Select the player and do whatever you want to him (such as appearance, equipment, or attributes for example)
   Step 3: (Optional if the player is already on your favorite team) Go to "Trade Players" and put a team that is your favorite team and the other side will be whatever your Superstar is on.
   Step 4: When your player is traded and your roster is saved, Go back to "Superstar Mode" and select "Rookies From The 07' Draft Class".
   Step 5: Your Superstar should be on the top of the list if you maxed out his stats.
   Step 6: Select the player you have edited and now you have your very own 99 overall superstar!

2. Free Advertising

   This glitch has worked in every Madden for PS2 since owner mode was created. Set your advertising budget as high as you like and play or sim your game. You can sim all games in a week except Monday Night Football, do not sim the Monday night game. Now go back into owner mode and set your advertising back to zero, then sim any remaining games on the schedule for that week. You will get the added attendance and revenue of advertising but will not have to pay for it. Obviously this does not work if you are hosting Monday Night Football.
