    Dont sweat the little things

OK so I reviewed the game when it first came out and gave it a 9/10. After playing through 75 hours and beating it, I change the score to an 8. For some good reasons. Amalur has some of the best action rpg gameplay in a... Read Full Review

RE-Reckoning (a review of the remaster released in 2020)

When I played reckoning back in the day I loved the game, what's not to love, great combat, artstyle, voice acting, heaps of content, and an addicting loot system. This game is in a class of its own and how it never got ... Read Full Review

A decent action RPG however its direction is slightly confusing from start to finish.

Note: This is the PC version of this game and not the PS3 - I cannot review it under the PC version because, according to the site, I have already reviewed it for which I haven't.When you have a former major league pitch... Read Full Review

A cohesive narrative and vibrant visuals bring the world of Amalur to life.

As I glance through some other user reviews I see a lot of positive comparisons to some of the leaders of the RPG genre: Skyrim, Guild Wars 2, Fable, Diablo and Torchlight. Personally I saw the closest resemblance to Wor... Read Full Review

Doesn't really bring anything new to the table, but it does everything else right to make a great RPG

There's plenty of big budget franchises when it comes to RPG's, so developing a new, large RPG adventure is an ambitious project. 38 Studios has definitely delivered with their debut title, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.... Read Full Review

    Endless fun

This game is so much fun with the customization options for your character to make him/her into a mage, knight or rouge but also the option to be two at the same time. so knight mage or all three even. Very fun game wit... Read Full Review

    I regret nothing.

I have played many DLCs in the past and sadly the majority of them felt like left over scraps – stuff where the vermin are the only ones who would enjoy them. Void of any real storyline or simply additions to the m... Read Full Review

Kingdoms of Amalur: amazing at first

If you are planning just doing the main quest, you are giving this DLC a disservice.

When the Legend of Dead Kel was first announced as a DLC for The Kingdoms of Amalur, admittedly I groaned a little. You know, zombies, pirates and then some zombie pirates. However, even though it had these elements, Dea... Read Full Review
