It's a harder version of Need For Speed Underground.
It's an exact copy of that, just instead of completing all rank 8 missions you have to buy your best car, then complete a perfect race with your newly bought stock car. Also you don't get a lot of tuning. It's like you g... Read Full Review

It's not the best tuner game but certainly not the worst.

Honestly? Better than most racers. Up there with Burnout 3.
