Alternate Room Themes

If you hold down L during the loading screen as you return to your partner's room, it will toggle an alternate theme for the room. Doing it again will change the room's theme back to the original type.

Beat single player Puyo Puyo tournament with each player to unlock a new outfit for them in the shop.

Silent Singer

When in the tune screen (with the piano on the touch screen), hold a note for a little while. After a few seconds, your partner will become exhausted and unable to hold the note until you lift your stylus.

The Vocaloid's Day-Off

Send a Vocaloid to the resort for 100,000 Mirai Points, and start setting up, get comfortable, during your time there, if you wait a little time without interacting with anything or the Vocaloid, the Vocaloid will go to different "islands" and do different things, like lay under sand, go water-skiing, suntanning, and (on the resort area) swim.

Easy Now, Everybody Gets Their Turn

If you go to the main menu and skip through/listen to the theme song (Hello Mr. Earthling), and wait, you will hear Miku say the title of the game. Do it again without going into the game and wait. Another Vocaloid will say the title in-place of Miku (KAITO/MEIKO/Luka/Len/Rin), you can repeat this process over and over again and listen to them say it again and again.

Different Faces for Miku and KAITO

To unlock the Mikudaiyo, Hachune Miku, and Hero KAITO faces, you must collect all the outfits including the Pajamas. The faces can be changed by tapping the face icon in Dress Up.

Mikudaiyo watches you sleep

To unlock the full costume for Mikudaiyo. You must purchase all room items and have Miku's friendship maxed out. This can then be accessed from the face icon in Dress Up. Note, you cannot wear Mikudaiyo's clothes with a different head.

Swim-Suit Vocaloids

After sending a Vocaloid off to the Penthouse, a new area, the resort, should appear, for 100,000 Mirai Points, you can send a Vocaloid to the resort. During your time there, "someone" (GUMI) will appear and give you a present, only usable in that said area, the swim-suit. Each swim-suit is unique to their Vocaloid (to my knowledge).
