Final Fantasy 8 makes my eyes tear.
This is the one Final Fantasy that made me emotional, truly an emotional experience through out the game. Every time something happens to one of the characters the event hits me emotionally and I can relate myself to Be... Read Full Review

Once you get used to the complicated Junction system, you'll find much to enjoy.
Final Fantasy VIII is a game I've only been able to get a grip on recently; I first played it, as a child, in 2001 by recommendation of a friend and I found the game much too challenging and confusing, and I again played... Read Full Review

Nice game, nice story, messy combat system. But don't skip this game if you love the series.
The combat system sorta fell apart on me after Squall just became too strong. He was like 25 levels higher then my other members. It happened that way because the game forces Squall into your party for almost the entire ... Read Full Review

After 11 years it's still fresh!
I've been a FF fan since I bought Final Fantasy VII in my 7th grade. I was 12 years old at that point. It really made an impact on me. Obviously, after the FF7 experience, I was ready for the 8th installment of the se... Read Full Review

Square outdid themselves, by topping the beloved FF7.
Every one was screaming for this game after FF7. Square had a lot of pressure on their hands trying to top FF7 and in my opinion they did just that. Now for some reason when it finally came out, a lot of people wouldn't... Read Full Review

Annoyingly Repetitive
The game starts off looking interesting with the cinematic; unfortunately it goes on a very steep downhill spiral after that. At first I was extremely confused with how slow the game play was. I kept been asked to ... Read Full Review

A great, but flawed, attempt at pushing the genre
Opinions on this game are probably more divided than they are about any other Final Fantasy. About equal numbers of people refer to it both as the best and worst in the series. I guess what this game reveals then is two ... Read Full Review

Great Cast, Great Story, Fun to play my personal favorite of the series
Everyone seems to love FF7, aside from Seiphorth being awesome that game was not the best not the best no where near as good as FF6, FF8 or FF10. Story Its a love story, probably the reason many do not agree with me.... Read Full Review
