1. Invincibility

   Access the cheat menu (by press Up, Right, Down Left, 1, 2, 1, 2, Start when the words 'push the start button' come onto the title screen) and highlight the Mode option. Hold Left and then press 1 and 2 at the same time to get the 'Undead' setting.

   Strange place to put a Sound test. But in the ending, while the credits are scrolling, press the Left button 33 times on controller 2. If done right, the sound test should appear once the credits end and before the game restarts.

Fantasy Zone Cheats For Sega Master System

1. Third boss hitbox glitch

   There is an easy way to beat the third boss of the game by making use of a hitbox glitch. To use it, destroy at least the top four lasers while the boss is in its first phase (moving up and down on the right side of the screen). At this point, you can continue to use bombs to destroy most of the rest of the lasers without risk of damage; however, the bottom two lasers are tucked underneath the boss and are impossible to reach with bombs. The game intends you to take these lasers out with shots and, thus, put yourself at risk of being shot. However, if you fly up to the top left corner of the screen, when the boss enters its second phase (when it stops flying up and down and starts flying directly at the player), you will discover that the boss's hitbox is glitched. Opa-Opa will be stuck inside the boss but, if you are tucked as far into the corner as possible, will not make contact with the boss and die. Instead, you can now use bombs to take out any remaining lasers with no risk.

2. Unlimited time for special weapons

   Get enough money to purchase all of the ''engine'' upgrades at one time (the Big Wings, Jet Engine, Turbo Engine, and Rocket Engine), and a special weapon (such as the 7-way shot). At the weapon select screen, select the SMALL wings and the special weapon. You will notice that there is NO time limit on the special weapon! Even better, a shop/select balloon appears again, and if you visit it, you can select one of the better engines (not just the Small Wings), and STILL be able to select and use a special weapon without having to worry about a time limit.

3. Buy extra ships cheaper

   Wait until the story starts to roll, then press Up, then Down 50 times (25 in each direction). Do this before the prologue ends and start the game. You will now be able to buy as many lives as you can afford for 1000 $ each in the first shop you enter.
