Ape Escape Cheats For PlayStation

1. Rear View Mirror

   During the Ski mini-game hold down L1 + R1 to get a rear view mirror

2. Save a life

   If you fall off a cliff, before you die press start and exit the level. When you return to the level, you shouldn't have lost a life.

3. Harder Opponents (Ski Kidz Racing)

   After finishing all three courses in first place on the first loop, the screen should turn violet and notify that the next races will be much harder than the original. Once unlocked, you can never go back to the original difficulty anymore.

4. Slingshot Moonjump glitch

   This glitch requires the Slingback Shooter obtained in the Cryptic Relics stage (level 2-3). In order to perform this glitch, you must pull back on the right analog stick, and then jump. When in the air, pull back the slingshot again, and then jump again. Keep repeating these inputs in rapid and rhythmic succession and Spike will continue to float upward as long as you can maintain the inputs correctly. This glitch allows you to skip large chunks of levels and capture monkeys you wouldn't normally be able to unless you had a certain gadget. Use this glitch in conjunction with the Sky Flyer to be able to land precisely and safely.

5. Make Spike perform an idle animation

   Spike normally performs idle animations when left alone for awhile, but there's a way to make him do it whenever you want. Pause the game, and press Left, Up, Right, Down, L1, L2, R1, R2. If done correctly, you should hear a chime. Unpause the game and Spike will perform an idle animation. You can input this code as many times as you desire to make Spike cycle through all of his different idle animations.

6. Increase capacity of guided bullets (99)

   While the game is paused, enter the following code. You'll hear a chime when it is inputted correctly. NOTE: This code only increases the capacity of the bullets you can carry from 9 to 99. It doesn't give you any bullets.

7. Increase capacity of explosive bullets (99)

   Press pause and then input the following code. You'll hear a chime when it is inputted correctly. NOTE: This only increases the capacity of explosive bullets from 9 to 99. It doesn't give you any bullets.
