All the Fallout 4 Charisma Perks

Charisma is a measurement of your character's ability to charm and negotiate with others. While its focus is beneficial towards speaking with humans i.e. bartering, it also helps in getting dangerous animals to assist you. Additionally, a high charisma can prevent the effects of addiction to harmful substances, such as alcohol or drugs. It consists of the following perks:

• Cap Collector (CHR 1)
• Lady Killer/Black Widow (CHR 2)
• Lone Wanderer (CHR 3)
• Attack Dog (CHR 4)
• Animal Friend (CHR 5)
• Local Leader (CHR 6)
• Party Boy/Party Girl (CHR 7)
• Inspirational (CHR 8)
• Wasteland Whisperer (CHR 9)
• Intimidation (CHR 10)

Perk Description: Prices at vendors are improved.

• Rank 1: At vendors, buying prices are cheaper and selling prices are higher. (Requires Charisma 1)
• Rank 2: At vendors, buying prices are even cheaper and selling prices are much higher. (Unlocks at level 20)
• Rank 3: You can invest 500 caps into raising a store's purchasing capacity. (Unlocks at level 41)

Perk Description: Members of the opposite sex suffer attack bonuses and are easier to persuade in dialogue.

• Rank 1: Members of the opposite sex take +5% damage in combat, and are easy to persuade in dialogue. (Requires Charisma 2)
• Rank 2: Members of the opposite sex take +10% damage, and are easier to persuade in dialogue. It's also easy to pacify them using the Intimidation perk. (Unlocks at level 7)
• Rank 3: Members of the opposite sex take +15% damage, and are much easier to persuade in dialogue. It's also even easier to pacify them using the Intimidation perk. (Unlocks at level 22)

Base Perk Description: Traveling alone gives you added defense and carry weight.

• Rank 1: When traveling alone, you take 15% less damage and your carry weight increases by 50. (Requires Charisma 3)
• Rank 2: When traveling alone, you take 30% less damage and your carry weight increases by 100. (Unlocks at level 17)
• Rank 3: When traveling alone, you gain a 25% attack damage boost. (Unlocks at level 40)

Perk Description: Dogmeat can bite enemies, potentially causing status ailments to them.

• Rank 1: Dogmeat can bite and hold onto enemies, giving you a greater window of opportunity to hit them in V.A.T.S. (Requires Charisma 4)
• Rank 2: When Dogmeat bites and holds onto an enemy, he can possibly cripple the limb he's biting. (Unlocks at level 9)
• Rank 3: When Dogmeat bites and holds onto an enemy, he can possibly cause them to bleed. (Unlocks at level 25)

Perk Description: Pacify wild animals and tame them to do your bidding.

• Rank 1: Aim your weapon at any animal below your level, and gain the chance to pacify it. (Requires Charisma 5)
• Rank 2: Once you pacify an animal, you can order them to attack. (Unlocks at level 12)
• Rank 3: Once you pacify an animal, you can issue specific commands to it. (Unlocks at level 28)

Perk Description: Grants abilities that help manage and improve your various Wasteland settlements.

• Rank 1: Gives you the ability to setup supply lines between your settlements. (Requires Charisma 6)
• Rank 2: Gives you the ability to build stores and workstations at workshop settlements. (Unlocks at level 14)

Perk Description: Grants resistance to alcohol and additional bonuses.

• Rank 1: You can no longer get addicted to alcohol. (Requires Charisma 7)
• Rank 2: Alcohol effects are doubled. (Unlocks at level 15)
• Rank 3: Luck is increased by 3 when you're under the influence of alcohol. (Unlocks at level 37)

Base Perk Description: Your companion character inflicts more damage in combat, and cannot hurt you.

• Rank 1: Your companion character inflicts more damage in combat, and cannot hurt you. (Requires Charisma 7)
• Rank 2: Your companion character doesn't take as much damage and isn't damaged by friendly-fire. (Unlocks at level 19)
• Rank 3: Your companion character carries more items. (Unlocks at level 43)

Base Perk Description: Pacify Wasteland creatures and tame them to do your bidding.

• Rank 1: Aim your weapon at any Wasteland creature below your level, and gain the chance to pacify it. (Requires Charisma 5)
• Rank 2: Once you pacify a Wasteland creature, you can order them to attack. (Unlocks at level 21)
• Rank 3: Once you pacify a Wasteland creature, you can issue specific commands to it. (Unlocks at level 49)

Base Perk Description: Pacify people and order them to do the dirty work.

• Rank 1: Aim your weapon at any human below your level, and gain the chance to pacify them. (Requires Charisma 5)
• Rank 2: Once you pacify any human, you can order them to attack. (Unlocks at level 23)
• Rank 3: Once you pacify a human, you can issue specific commands to them. (Unlocks at level 50)
