Yeah, the controls are a bit akward. Similar to Castlevania controls... They could of made more use of L3 and R3, but whatever. The NPCs die easy with some clever jumping. The combos are nearly impossible to execute (except that SQUARE SQUARE CIRCLE one). Al is a stump. He does near nothing to help you and always gets off on the easy end. Now for the positives... Not many, really. The fact that you can kill something is the only good GP attribute. Graphics 8

Hey, it is Square Enix! I was surprised at their job on ed, I thought he would look retarded with a flat face. The graphics are pretty nice. Not many bad sides. The only reason it did not get a 9+ is the linear maps. Too bland and obvious.

The voices are all terribly garbled. Ed sounds like a squirrel! They are all terrible. Another down is the huge machine gun turret sounds like a bubble-blower.

Meh, I love Fullmetal Alchemist. You can say, "I have an FMA for the PS2!!!" to sound like a fan. Meh, it is fun to do the first time, I suppose.
I guess you would buy it. You just need to be a fan to understand the unlimited greatness of FMA.
