I had so much fun playing this game. I only wish there was an open galaxy mode where you could explore the galaxy at you leisure and deal with random encounters. The premise behind the game where you have to outrun a rebel fleet and reach your home world is great and certainly provides a sense of urgency.

This game is simple in style and play but difficult when it comes to the choices you make and having to live with those choices as once you die you have to start from the beginning with a new randomly generated galaxy to transverse.

It took many many tries before I could even make it to the home world and then you have to survive a final boss battle that repeatedly sent me back to the start.
Despite this however at no time did I get frustrated to the point of quitting.

The games difficulty makes your success all the sweeter.
