One the first look, looks like Popoulus and Black & White, but it`s just more like a tech demo.

First off, to make things clear, this game is a sloppy console port. The controls are very awkward and the mouse movement is not very good. As soon as you start the game you can see that this is due to the analog sticks on the joystick.

The game does not have you average cursor which you can control easily. Instead, it has something that looks like a larva and when you don`t move it, it spins in circles. Clearly, that larva-like cursor is made for better precision on consoles, which works very badly on the PC cause with the mouse you can be more precise and it strains your view of what you`re picking up and what are you holding the cursor at. As soon as you move your mouse just a little, the game`s camera continues to move in that direction. To stop it, you must center the larva in the middle of the screen, which can be a pain.

Because of the sloppy console port, there are NO GRAPHICAL OPTIONS, at all. You can only adjust your resolution and refresh rate and that`s about it. Plus, the game is locked at an annoyingly 30 FPS, no matter how strong your PC is. The physics in the game are nice though. Water moves dynamic depending on the terrain, sand falls down the hill and you can use lava to make mountains.

The story is almost non-existant. There is a story, but I didn`t get it at all. Something about a tribe looking for some ancients and in the gameplay, they don`t use the story. Your mission is just to take control of the totems in an island and then move to exit, using sand and lava to make your way there while nature is just being a b**ch. You cannot build your own village. Building is done automatic and every village looks the same. The game is pretty limited being a god game. There are some miracles in the game in which, surprise, you have no control. You just have to set a waypoint for a NPC to get to a totem which has this and that miracle and then he gets back to his village. So one miracle (I use this phrase from B&W) keeps the water away when a tsunami comes, while the other (which you can activate) jellyfies the water or removes the water from the map. You can pick up and release sand, water and lava. These are your godly controls. /sarcasm

I didn`t get very far in this game, I`m on the 3rd level and stop playing it cause of the frustration. I can beat it but I`m too lazy cause it`s not very rewarding.
