Turn 10 Studios return with the sequel of the amazing Forza Motorsport 2.

User Rating: 9 | Forza Motorsport 3 X360
Couple of years ago, my friend allowed me to play Forza Motorsport 2 on his Xbox 360. It was intense fun and addictive, which made it one of the "must-get" games of the Xbox 360. In 2009, Turn 10 studios launched Forza Motorsport 3. I told myself I had to get this game and try it out.

Gameplay: 4/5
Forza Motorsport 3 has an amazingly realistic driving physics. The motion-blur that is displayed during races makes the player feel like as if they're driving really fast even if the player is driving a 100HP hatchback. Each car handles differently and the driving line especially helps beginners of the sim-racing genre. The only problem that I have with the driving physics is that it's sometimes sloppy (At least it is not as bad as Shift 2: Unleashed). Sometimes the input of the controls delay, and sometimes it doesn't. But other than that, gameplay is spectacularly good.

Graphics: 4/5
Unlike Gran Turismo 5, every car in this game are detailed and nicely textured. Even the interior design of every car are accurate towards their real-life counterpart. There are many cars which I see that I'd never think would be in a racing game (Even being nicely textured). The damage modelling is also great, but not as great as the damage modeling in Burnout games. Although the graphics are focused on the cars and not everything, this game gives a good impression that the developers were committed to making every car nicely textured.

Sound: 3/5
Forza Motorsport 3 has a mediocre soundboard. Although its car sounds, tyre screeching sounds and car damage SFX sound great, the in-game racing music has only a few songs that I like. The rest of the soundtrack is just... Weird... The Menu music seems to make it feel like as if it's a lounge, but in my honest opinion, after listening it to a few times it'll be annoying to listen to.

Overall: 9/10
Forza Motorsport 3 has got to be one of the most impressive games i've ever played in my life. I am definitely looking forward to Forza Motorsport 4 which is coming out fall 2011.
Buyer's Tip: This game is getting hard to find due to the release of FM4. But if you ever find it, I suggest you'd pick it from the shelf and buy it. Trust me: It's worth it :)
