Xbox, Elgato, Stream

Hey Guys,

Im after abit of streaming advice from all you console streamers,

i want to be able to hear my stream and game at the same time, the issue im having is if i plug my headset in my control then i can hear whats happening on my xbox and speak to the party etc, but my voice cant be heard on my stream and i cant hear none of my notifications etc that happen on my stream, if i plug my headset into my laptop then i can hear everything whilst im previewing my stream but also an echo of my voice, "the delay" on the stream. I just want to be able to hear whats going on on my xbox/party aswell as hearing my stream alerts/talking to the viewers.. So how are you guys setting up console streaming? how are you getting around this issue?

i guess i could buy an external mic for the laptop to be able to speak to the viewers, but i still cant hear my stream if my headset is plugged into my xbox...
