Hey all, I've been around here for a long time, but I just got started on YouTube about a month ago. So far channel stats are looking pretty good, but my sub count is pretty low. View counts are more than impressive with some social media tactics I've tried to employ, but I feel like the low subscriber count is the obvious result of one of two things: Either I'm not reaching my actual target audience, or my content needs improving.
