overall would have to be halo 3,i don't play it that much anymore cause im garbage at multiplayer now days.
right now it is for sure fallout 3
Bioshock because of the great story, the excellent level design and graphics, the brilliant voice acting, the long (ish) campaign mode, the RPG elements that add another layer to an FPS... Overall, IMO its the best game this generation.
Fallout 3, Mass Effect and Soul Calibur 4.
Fallout 3 for it's awesome RPG gameplay and freedom.
Mass Effect for it's amazing universe and characters.
Soul Calibur for its complex yet easy to learn fighting system and it's usually great online community. Every so often you get a jerkoff in your lobbies. But most of the time people just want to use theirawesomely retarded custom characters.
I would have to say Mass Effect is mine. because has a great story, you can choose your own path to were your character leads and the graphics are pretty good.
COD4 for me. I just find it extremely addictive; I'm not bored of it yet, and I've put in over 16 days of play time in multiplayer. The single player is excellent, and I've played through it upwards of 10 times.
Also, I've met a lot good people online. Everything about it, I love. Not only is it my fave. 360 game, but its my fave. game ever.
Fallout 3 is my favorite game because of the amount of freedom you have as a player to do pretty much anything you want, whenever you want. The world is huge, the graphics are astounding, and the story is intense and moving. The DLC just makes the game better and longer. I have logged over 70 hours on only character.
call of duty 4, very very addictive, but also i would have to say hitman blood money a very under rated game butbrilliantly done.
There are plenty of good ones to choose from that come to mind immediately including Bioshock, Mass Effect, and Oblivion, but my favorite is probably Fallout 3. First person open world RPG in a post-apocalyptic setting. From a description of a game I don't think you could get closer to something I would be a sucker for. Mixing the Elder Scrolls formula with the Fallout setting worked great. I love the music, too, though I wish you could get a version of the radio station sans Three Dog. :p
My main gripe about the game would have to be that I would have preferred the game get a "Shivering Isles" rather than so the several fairly forgettable DLC releases, so far.
Call of Duty 2. I was completely captivated by the campaign. I'm a huge World War II junkie (and a History major in college) and everything about that game hooked me from the start.
The Orange Box - Not a single reason why this shouldn't be in any ones collection their is soo much stuff pack into this disc even though i bought it a year ago i still love playing it from time to time.
Halo 3 -old but incredibly addicting still to this day playing it on Xbox Live i play this more than i play left4Dead and modern warfare and at war im not saying its better than other first persons but its a 360 Fav on my part.
Very tough to narrow it down to just one game, but if I had to Gears of War 2, great story, extremely polished gamepaly, addictive multiplayer modes, worth playing the game through on higher difficulties extended the gameplay even more
Rainbow Six Vegas for a couple reasons. One being that the game is really addictive. It also has one of the best communities on the 360, I have met a lot of cool people while playing and I bet 90% of my friends list is from Vegas. Plus I'm pretty good at it, 30,000 + kills :).white_soxRB6 Vegas was an excellent game. it was my summer game of 2007. i had a tough time making time for it and spending time with a girl :P
Still to this day "Dead Rising" it makes me giggle like a school girl disemboweling zombies or going thur the underground parking lot with the mini chainsaw(or with a car). and you know you can never bet it with all 50 (or how ever many there are) survivors so you keep trying it. and it's got the flash kick, double lariat (i'm a big SF fan)and the mega buster. what'snot to love
