I've had a similar problem. At first I thought the lobby was hacked because it looked like I was running faster than everyone but when I looked side to side it was very jerky and slow. After the game I just went back to the dashboard while the game was still highlighted in the big window I pressed the "Menu" or start button, and hit "Quit" then waited a few seconds and relaunched the game. It fixed it.
It's happened twice and it seems to happen a lot when Titanfall is allowed to remain "open" in the background even after I turn the console off. So if I start Titanfall and its already running with the "You lost connection to the server" message sitting there I just restart the game immediately to avoid that problem.
Xbox One is so much like a PC you kind of have to treat its problems like one.
If that doesnt fix your problem delete the game and reinstall it. You shouldn't lose any saves since they're stored in the cloud.
Edit: If you do delete and reinstall the game I would do it like this:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Hold the Xbox on/off button on the console for 10 seconds to fully shut down the console, or just unplug it for a few seconds.
3. Start it up again and download or reinstall from the disc.
