When I tell my XBox to open the disk tray from either the button on the console or the dash board is doesn't open. The only way to get it to come out is to force it out when it is ejecting by grabbing the disk tray and pulling on it. When it is out and I put a disk in the tray the tray refuses to go in and read the disk. I just have to try it over and over gain to get it working.

This isn't convienent for me at all. At first I thought something sticky was in the XBox but then I googled it and found other people had this problem. Am I able to send it in to Microsoft to get this fixed?

i think the best way to find out would be to ring up their support line. but that sounds a really weird thing to be happening...

Wouldn't everyone have the Warranty because of the three year waranty?

My internet doesn't like that website.
