have a new core console which i can get my hands on but wondering what will happen if i put hard drive from banned xbox onto this new one ... also will i be able to use same live id and not get banned again?

what did you do to get banned ? Isn't it your gamertag that is banned? So you'd have to come up with a new one - not totally sure how that works.

hm yeah i wonder if its just your gamer tag baned try to make another and see if you can get the whole 1 month trial thing

i agree, you were obviously banned for malicous behaviour, whether its a xbox chip or worse
