Yep already a couple threads like this :P It's still good to hear though .I just went and played Gears 2 today and while most of the hosts were good there was 1 in particular that was very, very, VERY bad..like a 5 second shot delay bad lol.But oh well I still love the game,love it so much that I got to level 100, but im hoping that Gears 3 will improve on almost everything and from the looks of it the multiplayer portion is definitely doing it's part. :D
they will still have a selected host for the match, while the match will run on the server, the host is required to be there to keep the match up and running, and if the host leaves host migration is here to save the day and let you continue your match with a slight interruption
