I can't read German, but give it a shot
You can buy an adaptor to use your wireless controller on your PC, yes. It's not a cable that runs from the controller to the computer though.sophospeare
That's the thing I was talking about.
Yeah but i can't do that , can i buy a usb for it ?natsirt67
No, that thing works only for charging the battery pack.

thats not what hes asking, and I clearly stated in my other post, NO YOU CANNOT DO IT WITH A WIRE, you need the RECEIVER, and you give ME the eye rolls?
It is possible. But you need a WIRED Xbox controller , and I'm sure you'll need to download drivers and Xpadder. Xpadder is the software you will need to configure the controller to games. - (This does not work with a wireless controller and a plug and play kit) -
Do some google research, there might even be a youtube video that can help you out.

Xpadder is not needed....all windows games (assuming your using windows) that are recent come with 360 controller support....just download the drivers
The play & Charge kit only charges the wireless controller, it doesn't transfer any of the data from button presses.

But, yes, with the proper drivers, you can hook up your wired 360 controller to your PC, like THIS ONE. Otherwise, you can buy the Wireless Gaming Receiver, at only $19.99.So what are the usb hubs for ?natsirt67
They are wireless receivers for the signal of the controller.
I am reading that a usb hub is to connect a lot of usbs to it. natsirt67
a USB hub is simple a USB Splitter, and nothing at all to do with a 360....basically, say you only have one free USB Port on your PC (or 360, it works fine) and you have 3 things to plug in, you buy a USB Hub and now you have more open USB Ports..
it has NOTHING to do with controllers.....Nat, we are all telling you right now, you CANNOT buy a cable to connect a wireless controller to the PC
your ONLY options are,
1: Buy a wired controller (50 bucks roughly)
2: Buy the Wireless receiver and use your wireless controller on your PC (19.99)
