Will the 360 Elite be Quiet(er)

Ok, I have a launch 360......it sounds like a rocket engine while playing (especially noticeable during cutscenes or points of suspension where there's not much noise).  Now my plan (seeing as I have the extended warranty at Best Buy) is to take my360 back there and get the Elite once it comes out.  I have HDMI on my TV and the bigger HDD will be nice, I'll just have to pay the $80 difference which I can take.  My question is will this version be quiet. I mean I also have a PS3 and it's silent as a mouse and the noise really bothers me.

It's not going to be any quiter, the guts are all the same.

I hope you have a plan to get your gamesaves to the new HD. 

Seriously .....>WTF.....I thought I heard something about some new drives that have come out in the 360s since January (BenQ as opposed to the Philips, Hitachi and LG drives ) and the new drive is supposedly pretty quiet

will it have the same failure rate?
