As previously said, it will have online coop, but a verses mode or something like that wouldn't work as well for Resident Evil as it does for games like Halo. Survival horror games are for the most part meant to be played alone in a dark room.
no theres gonna be a deathmatch where you play as different characters its confirmed with perks and everything. Theres a mode called infection where 1 person tries to infect everybody on the team and even tualys its 9 zombies against one guy.
