Why the 360 costs more than the ps3

Think about it, you buy a premium 360 for 300 bucks. you pay 120 bucks every 2 years for live. You play your 360 for 2 years and then.... boom!!! the red ring of death ( if your unlucky)!!! now, the ps3. you buy a 40gb ps3 for 400 bucks. online play is free. home is coming out and you can get it for free. and best of all you can cook on your ps3.

why you complainin about it here for? tell the other ps3 playaz about it

True (except for the $120 bucks every 2 years, not sure where you got that form) - but PS3 has no games that I enjoy.

You also forgot that with the PS3 your only going to be spending 60$ a year where the 360 is gonna cost you well over 500$ for the games ;)spartan----117

$120 every two years for Xbox Live, as opposed to PSN which is free, I think is what he was saying. Two years until RROD? HAH! I've been through FOUR 360s so far.. even though I only paid for two.. and it hasn't even been two years.Haeravon

I've gone through 2 RRODs already. The main reason i decided to buy a PS3 was because i want the bluray (gotta have my blueray, wifi, free psn, and also because i'm pacient. I knew big titles like Killzone 2, and eventually a game like MAG would only be available on a PS3 because it's a stronger machine. PS3 doesn't have much great exclusive games, but they will have one of the best games to come out in the market.

Oh and the xbox360 is toooo loud, when i leave it over night to download games it's hard to sleep with it on. My PS3 is nice and quiet ahhhh yes i love it. No batterypack to haul around.
