topic everytime I connect it I can view the pictures but not listen to music
Try downloading the optional media update, make sure the iPhone is selected as your music database. otherwise it probably isnt supported.

His music is probably all DRM encrypted, that's why he can't listen to it.

i read somewhere that the ipod touch and iphone is not fully suported on xbox 360. only the ipod classic or older models are supported. maybe the next spring update will fully support the ipod touch and iphonewatch the new product from apple, the iRack
