Anyways i wasn't planning on picking it up, just because halo 2 was so dull. But it looks like they added a lot of stuff into halo3. Plus both of my bros are buying 360s for halo3 so i pretty much have to get it lol
Loved Halo. Hated Halo 2, I play games for the single player and Halo2 was one of the weaker FPS offerings on the xbox in that regard. I'll probably skip on halo3 and pick up Eternal Sonata in September instead.
Shouldent insult him, at least he isent targeting the game, just his own skill... Anyway I personally am going to pick up Halo 3 for certain. Looks like Bungies trying to go as far as they can with this one, anyways, Halo 2's story wasent enjoyable, but I believe itset up Halo 3's story to be potentially great...
I personally can't stand Halo. The first one was good single player fun, but the second one ruined my enjoyment of SP. The MP is decent at best, Halo is a game that does everything good but nothing great in my opinion. Halo 3 looks like it is taking a step forward, but still not enough of a reason for me to pick it up over atitle like CoD4. If i do get Halo 3 it will be b/c I want someone to play a game with and everyone will be on it lol, I won't buy it because I like it though. I'm more into the tactical shooters though, I love R6V, that is definitely the best FPS on 360 and PS3.
loved halo PC with the multiplayer, loved the multiplayer onn H2...but not so much the story. from looking at footage and what's to come, it regards tastes and people who want to be different to be "cool" and says halo sucks in denial. you need to acquire a taste for a game like halo. kinda like how you need to get used to the world of MGS or GoW etc. etc.
I am not 100% sure on the halo games, like the single player in Halo CE - multiplayer on halo 2 made XBOX live what it is today.....Halo3...not sure. But then I head that it comes in a metal tin - I LOVE IT WHEN GAMES COMES IN METAL TINS
there will be some people that just dont like it. not because of jelousy or anything, just that they dont like it. i dont like gta. most people do. just because i dont like it dosn't make it less of a game, nor does it make me less of a gamer. sometimes two good things just aren't right for each other and neither is at fault. takeketchup for example, it tastes great. icecream tastes great too. butketchup on icecream? i'm not brave enough to try it but i doubt the result would be good.
How can anyone who likes FPS hate Halo, Halo:CE had great single player and system link games were great, Halo 2 revolutionized the mulitplayer aspect of games and im sure Halo 3 will be great as well...

Ketchup on ice cream is actually pretty good. I think ice cream is better w/o it tho. I agree, I love GTA, but I hate Halo. Some games just dont fit a person's tastes. I love almost any type of game, but I can't stand Halo. It definitely isn't the reason I bought a 360 and will be upgrading to an Elite once I get the money (sucks being 15 lol, except for Christmas). I'm waiting for Mass Effect, Fable 2, and Too Human. Those games will be amazing. I do love Gears of War though, it's more realistic for my tastes, Halo has no realism and is nothing but Run-and-Gun, which I hate. To each his own.
