Where does microsoft send back ur xbox 360?

i got redrings a while ago, and they sent me an email saying they

repaired it and sent it back to me..i just want to know if they send

it to the ups store i took it to, to ship it or does ups come to my

house and drop it off?

It comes straight to your house. When i got mine back i was not home so they left it at the door.

When I got mine back, I had to be home to sign for it. If your not going to be home, leave a note to leave it with a neighbor who is home so they can sign for it. RapidTurtle

There is actually a specfic form you can print and sign off the UPS website. You just print, sign and tape to your front door. Make sure you either have this form or be home to sign!
