whats up with..???

i just got a x box 360 so im new to x box live

and have forza and have the COD4 beta.

i have been (trying to) use my headset and am not sure if it works yet.

does anybody use their headsets anymore?i havnt heard a voice on mine yet...

It says at the top left of the screen if you're talking or not in CoD4. If it doesn't then you prolly have family settings on.

my brother was in somewebsite and signed up for it a long time ago and his xbox dosnt hjave live yet...so im just lucky..

Yea. I couldn't understand what was wrong with my mic also, until few weeks later. Then I checked family settings and it said my voice was disabled from people not on my friends list.
