What game will you get the most milage out of?

Dragon Age Origins is hard to beat if you like that kind of thing... I would also give props to Just Cause 2, Saints Row 2 and Forza 3 (It takes a while to collect all the available cars.)
Torchlight, by far. It has an endless dungeon and therefore it techncially has infinite replay value.
Probably a good multiplayer game like Reach, Black Ops, Gears of War 1/2/soontobe3..cptpaperReach? No. I was bored of Reach before I finished the campaign. I'm a completionist or else I would have stopped playing. The only reason I will even play the campaign again is to unlock some achievements.
This is purely a personal preference, but I've played through The Orange Box at least 7 times and haven't gotten the least bit tired of any part of the Half-Life 2 saga. In fact, I think I'm going to start playing it again right now. Kojo222this. Anyone who doesn't see the awesome replayability in this amazing 5-game set is crazy
I've played Mass Effect 2 4 times through so far, and I'm on a break from my 5th, but thats mainly because I can't seem to manage to have my whole team survive. But so help me god, I will finish it properly before ME3 comes out.
Other than that, not so many games have replay value for me considering I work in a video store. I generally play a game for a week and then rent a new one. A game has to be pretty amazing to get an encore rental from me, and even then I generally buy the really good ones.

- Mass Effect 2

It's easy for me to put here because both of my kids play it with me. As a single player game, it's fun but not NEARLY as engaging overall. Still, at $15 or less everywhere I go so it's hardly a massive investment, so I'd encourage you to pick it up sometime!
For me, Red Dead Redemption. It has a cool campaign, then the zombie campaign, and to top it all off, there is a lot to do online.metallica_fan42I absolutely agree. I usually don't care about achievements, but this game had me so hooked I did everything to get the 100%. I just finished playing the zombie version, didn't really like it. Also been playing the online coop missions. Rockstar did a great job with this game. I also play Saints Row 2 alot. I usually pick it up for like 30 mins to mod some cars and shoot it out with the police.
Oblivion
GTA IV
RDR
DA
ME 1 & 2
Dead Rising 1 & 2
Splinter Cell DA
Basing that on old school replay values of single player. Multiplayer longevity can be found in your usual go to titles like COD and Halo.
