Dragon Age Origins is hard to beat if you like that kind of thing... I would also give props to Just Cause 2, Saints Row 2 and Forza 3 (It takes a while to collect all the available cars.)

Torchlight, by far. It has an endless dungeon and therefore it techncially has infinite replay value.

^Well then it has zero replay value seeing that you can't really finish it :P Anyway Mass Effect 1/2 and DAO for me. 8/9/6 playthroughs respectively

Reach? No. I was bored of Reach before I finished the campaign. I'm a completionist or else I would have stopped playing. The only reason I will even play the campaign again is to unlock some achievements.

This is purely a personal preference, but I've played through The Orange Box at least 7 times and haven't gotten the least bit tired of any part of the Half-Life 2 saga. In fact, I think I'm going to start playing it again right now.

Dragon Age origins has a lot of replay value especially if you include the downloadable content.

That's really hard to say. I've beaten GTA IV 6 times, but there are games that I've played with even more replay value, and as far as mp goes there are too many to choose from.

I've played Mass Effect 2 4 times through so far, and I'm on a break from my 5th, but thats mainly because I can't seem to manage to have my whole team survive. But so help me god, I will finish it properly before ME3 comes out.

Other than that, not so many games have replay value for me considering I work in a video store. I generally play a game for a week and then rent a new one. A game has to be pretty amazing to get an encore rental from me, and even then I generally buy the really good ones.

trying to name some that haven't been listed yet, I think Dead Rising 1 and 2 have a lot of replay value to them, especially DR2. In either game, you won't be able to reach the level 50 cap or complete all the side missions (and quite honestly, in DR1, you won't be able to complete all the main missions your first time either, cuz that game is friggin hard until you level up alot), and there are always new weapons and shops to find, at least for a while cuz it will take you some time to discover them all, unless you devote an entire playthrough to it. Anyway, pick up DR2, or if you are low on cash, DR1, and you will get some good mileage out of those. Other games might be... well a lot of them have sort of been listed, but from a personal perspective, game's that I could play nearly endlessly are: Bulletstorm (great single player around 5-8 hours depending on how much collectible hunting you do/difficulty, plus Echoes mode and Anarchy online) Alan Wake (good god do I love this game! Great story, great combat, great atmosphere... just great everything, except the lip synching, which is really, really bad) Gears of War 2 (must have beaten the single player like 9 times already, and its just cuz the combat is that good... really fun and still active online too, with both competitive and cooperative) and then you have all your RPGS like ME1/2, DAO/2, and the online games iike CoD, BC2, Crysis 2, etc... honestly, game's nowadays tend to find ways to keep you invested... at least most of them do

It's easy for me to put here because both of my kids play it with me. As a single player game, it's fun but not NEARLY as engaging overall. Still, at $15 or less everywhere I go so it's hardly a massive investment, so I'd encourage you to pick it up sometime!

BFBC2 and Halo Reach for multiplayer.

I'd have to say Halo: Reach and the Left 4 Dead series. Left 4 Dead has the whole AI director going on and it really helps with the replay value as very few levels ever play the same. The AI director comes in to affect in all of its modes; Campaign, Versus, and Survival so theres is a lot to keep you going for months. With Reach you have a lengthy campaign with multiple difficulty levels. A fully fleshed out multiplayer suite which includes matchmaking, rank unlocks, armor unlocks, both social and competetive playlists, and a community playlist where community made maps are added every few weeks. Firefight has a ton of modes that cover everything from the classic survival Firefight to Rocketfight and Generator Defense. Then there's the Custom Games option where you can take all of the multiplayer stuff I just listed (including Firefight) and tweak it to your hearts desire. To top it off you have Forge in which you can manipulate and create your own maps, gametypes, or just mess around. So yeah, Halo: Reach should keep you busy for a really long time.

For me, Red Dead Redemption. It has a cool campaign, then the zombie campaign, and to top it all off, there is a lot to do online.

I absolutely agree. I usually don't care about achievements, but this game had me so hooked I did everything to get the 100%. I just finished playing the zombie version, didn't really like it. Also been playing the online coop missions. Rockstar did a great job with this game. I also play Saints Row 2 alot. I usually pick it up for like 30 mins to mod some cars and shoot it out with the police.

No offense but are people really listing Crysis 2 and Bulletstorm among games with the most replayability? For me, for a game to be in that category it has to have been out long enough for people to get bored of it. How do you know that a month from now you guys won't be bored of Crysis 2? A game has to stand the test of time to be replayable, not just be fun or have a lot to do.

Oblivion

GTA IV

RDR

DA

ME 1 & 2

Dead Rising 1 & 2

Splinter Cell DA

Basing that on old school replay values of single player. Multiplayer longevity can be found in your usual go to titles like COD and Halo.

Weatern RPG's tend top have wonderful replayability while JPRG's have virtually none.
