I really like the drafting aspect too, anyone have any idea of a similar taste please let me know.

All sports gsme have some sort of season mode so I think it really depends on what sport you like better.

But I agree Be A GM is awesome in NHL 10.

Yeah I'm looking for something that can clock me those kind of hours. I don't like season modes because it ends in 1 year, I like hiring, firing and drafting. Thanks for the input though.

Perhaps look at NFL Head Coach 09? They did not make a game for the 10 series.

FIFA 10 has an awesome GM mode and is an amazing game. I would check it out for sure.
