well im on my 2nd 360 and today i turned my 360 on then i get a message saying "please insert a xbox 360 game" it was some white screen.then i went to the dashboard and instead of "play game" it said "play dvd" i pressed it then it started to work again.i restarted it just in case and it worked.i dont know what i should do im thinking of just selling it befre it breaks. is this a sign of it breaking down?

how long have you have it? if longer than a year then idk but under a year send it back but first call microsoft

Yeah, the obvious thing is to contact Microsoft.

I had troubles with old Sony 2's coz of dust, and they sent me packaging to post it to them for free, giving me the opportunity to either have it fixed, taking 4-6 weks, or recieving a 2nd hand replacement immediately.

BUT

There was a fee of 125 bucks though, no matter what was wrong with it.

microsoft should be a bit nicer....

You should hold on to your 360 for a little longer, and if it just gets worse, then contact Microsoft.

i had that problem once but it hasnt happened since and my 360 works fine. i wouldnt worry about it.
