Probably the STG-44 with either Telescopic or Aperature sight. Your pretty much unstoppable.

I like the Gewehr with the aperture sight, especially in hardcore modes.

Wow I have a lot. Right now it would probably be the M1A1 Carbine with the aperture sight, that gun is pure ownage, plus I have the flamethrower equipped to which just makes that class even better. I also really like the PTRS-41, PPSH-41 with extra ammo, and the STG-44 with the telescopic sight.
