What is the hardest game you have ever played ?

For me id say Call of duty:Finest hour.I found it hard anyway.

For XBOX 360: Silent Hill Homecoming

In general: Mafia 1

lost planet 2 practice mode

bayonetta lost paradise stage or the last challenge

tenchu z if you try to get a perfect score

tales of vesperia have some hard bosses

For the 360, I really haven't played a game I would declare really difficult. I'm not saying that I am good at games or anything, I just haven't.

In recent memory, I would have to say Etrian Odyssey for the DS. That game was difficult!

No modern games are really that difficult (for me that is) but if I'd have to choose a game, any game, I would choose Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap it could have been that I played it at like 7 or maybe that Zelda games are just difficult.

I'd say the Ninja Gaiden series. That game would pound you down so hard, you were afraid to click the restart button after dieing.

Ninja Gaiden 2 on way of the Master Ninja is insane...

Ninja Gaiden 2, its just...impossible on Master Ninja mode. (As if the other difficulties wern't hard enough)

Bayonetta last boss i did around 2 hours for the last boss (i think even longer) i get frustraded and played on easy :P i was happy after that xD

Yeah me too, I find that game pretty hard. I can't beat the american campaign somewhat. :shock:

COD4 on Veteran, F.E.A.R on hard difficulty, Ninja Gaiden 2

I played the Ninja Gaiden on xbox and was pretty hard but i was making my way through it alright. World at War on veteran is a nightmare though.. SLUSHiNaToR

I really enjoyed World at War on veteran, I felt the difficulty was just right! I really should get myself a copy of the new Ninja Gaidens.

I remember playing them way back on the NES, and I do have a copy of Ninja Gaiden Trilogy for the SNES and those games are difficult. So they must of had that in mind when they were developing the new ones.

Well since you didnt say only for the xbox 360 i am going to assume you mean ever and that would be demons souls for the PS3 that game is brilliant and punishing.

i know its xbox, but Uncharted on Crushing for the PS3 was unreal difficult. That mode demanded perfection or it chewed you up.

I wouldn't say games this gen are far easier like many people here are though, play them through again on the hardest difficulty if they aren't challenging enough 8).

Cod 4???? its too easy all you do is camp and let ya teammates do al the work but 1 shot 1 kill gets rediculous

also my hardest is probally is rainbow six vegas i cant get past level 3 so damn hard but then im not concentrating/concentrated as i dont have it now

Stranglehold on hardest mode. After failing maybe 10 times on one level, the game asked me if I wanted to switch to an easier mode!! Thiswas the first and only time a games suggested I try an easier mode.
