What is going on with XBL? (Xbox 360)

Been playing Halo Reach and EVERYONE including recent players keep disconnecting from XBL? Not sure if this is an issue with Xbox One, frankly I don't care. But what is the issue here?

There were a lot of disconnects on Xbox One CoD: Ghosts yesterday. I saw two or three and had maybe seen one since November beforehand.
