Vietnam game

Ok i feel WW2 have been way overdone in games. But i wish a good vietnam game would come out. I did play battlefield vietnam but it ran so horrible i could not get into the game. But I wish that we could see a Vietnam game using the crysis engine. I know there is a crysis engine being designed for 360 but it would be so incredibly cool to play a online shooter with those graphics. Does anyone have the same opinion?jashah17

There is a Shellshock nam game out on the PS2 and Xbox, its an ok 3rd person shooter.

They also just annouced a Shellshock 2 for PS3 and 360. Not sure if it takes place in Nam though.

Conflict Vietnam for XBOX and PS2 was a good four player co-op, but sucked in one player, you really have to play it with a couple of people.

I would like to see another Vietnam game though, WWII has been done a lot and it would be nice to see something else, I do however feel alot of developers shy away from it because it is hard to re-create the jungle, but who knows

I agree. A solid Vietnam game would rock. I used to play a lot of Battlefield Vietnam back when it came out. (the vehicles with radio stations playing music from the Vietnam era was a nice touch) That was a very solid game. One of my favorite multiplayer games to date for that matter. COD Vietnam would serve the franchise well.

You just totally put me in the mood to play BAttlefield Veitnam. I just may have to load up the old Battlefield Veitnam to see if there is anyone still playing. :)

how can you say that when there are current games featured in Vietnam like Battlefield Vietnam expansion for Bad company 2

Conflict Vietnam for XBOX and PS2 was a good four player co-op, but sucked in one player, you really have to play it with a couple of people.

I would like to see another Vietnam game though, WWII has been done a lot and it would be nice to see something else, I do however feel alot of developers shy away from it because it is hard to re-create the jungle, but who knows

Also, TC Battlefield Bad Company 2's vietnam expansion comes out in a few days and it was given a higher score than Black Ops. 9.5/10, they were saying it should have been a stand-alone title.

Have you played Bad Company 2? Well worth the purchase if you haven't. Best competitive multiplayer game this gen on console's.

But yes, Conflict 1 was great too, I wish they would release those with XBL support.

i agree its worth the purchase. the big maps and no killstreaks gives it a more authentic feel then Black Ops. the boats look cool to use too
