Upgrading to an adult account.

Ok so I created my account.....well before i was 18 and now i'm almost 21. I can't upgrade to an adult account and haven't been able to for sometime. Does anyone know how to fix this or what might be causing it? I have looked everywhere to find the answer short of calling x box customer support. I don't want to lose my account so thats why i'm trying to figure out if callling customer service would even fix the issue.

Well, for starters, to have an adult account you need an adult console so your somewhat on the wrong console guy. 

...well all jokes aside I would either just google it for the answer or call support so you wont screw something up with your current console.

Calling MS Support would probably be your best bet.

Never heard of an adult account :O
