They should do some mappack for MW2. :)

I play this game for like 2-3 months...
And IMO... they should make some new maps for multiplayer....
Maps which are in game now... feels old.. for me :P

With how money hungry Infinity Ward has become lately I no doubt expect that they won't release a map pack.

as long as it doesn't make some kind of glitch. i'm just waiting for someone to find a way to getinfinite chopper gunners. then we would all get to wait a month for a patch :)

Sometime in spring yes. But first thing IW needs to do is pull the servers off line for as long as needed to fix all the glitches, than wipe the player database for all the hacked and glitched players and leader boards. Then the game can be brought back on-line for people to play. But thats my thoughts on it.Shadowalker1191

They're releasing CoD4 classics like Shipment and Overgrown(don't know about Overgrown), and they're also releasing a map pack with a White House map so we'll see.Balbaar

I hope they are good maps. Unlike the map pack for MW1.

no way! someone hacked MW2? So that means the people on top of the leaderboards might not be there legitimately...

Actually, some of those things are already on the game, at least in the PC version, and hackers found the codes already in the game. Which also led many of us to think that they would be adding the MP sooner.

Apparently there are also some more perks.

But, I already grew tired of the game, too many glitches and even more glitchers, and IW is not fixing any sadly.

There will more than likely only be 2-3 map packs and each will have 3 multiplayer maps, new titles and emblems, and a few new spec ops missions. and no, the DLC will not be occumponied by the nuke gametype, 402 said it wa scrapped and there are no plans to release it. Also, no there will not be and COD4 maps brought to MW2, the youtube video was from someone who hacked a dev kit to get into developers test servers, they found the names of crash, shipment, and others from when IW was testing the game and imported them into MW2 to test if they would work with the new perks/killstreaks, they decided that no they would not work so the only way you'll see COD4 maps in MW2 is if their re-made and much bigger/different.

and you'll have to read/watch old interviews with IW to know they tested COD4 maps on MW2 and wont be bringing any to MW2
