I Just want to know if there are any games like this. Obviously there will be many spoilers.

Final Fantasy XI: The Vana'Diel Collection 2008. No, not because the actual game has a bad ending, but because Squaresoft sucked up 15 dollars a person for a game with a payment service so crappy, you're lucky if you even get the chance to play it. The bad guys won that one.

Metroid Prime, sort of... Metroid Prime strips Samus of all her Phazon powers and thus Dark Samus is born.

Resident Evil 0, Spencer dies but the Bravo team is dead and Rebecca is the sole survivor(not including Brad). Wesker and William Birkin get the combat data they needed to go through with the T and G-viruses

GTA IV, Roman dies and/or Kate dies... either way Niko has a tragic ending where no matter what he does the villain won.

King of Fighters XI, in Ash's ending he takes Iori's Orochi power and claims he's going after Kyo next. In KOF 03 he already stole the Yamata mirror from Kagura. He's currently one of the strongest characters in the KOF series.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Naked Snake had to kill The Boss to preserve peace but the Shagohod led to the creation of Metal Gear and Outer Heaven

Just my opinion, the worst final fantasy( I didnt think any of them were good after VI)
