When ever I go to my dashboard my only options are "My Xbox" and "My Friends." I can't go to the Marketplace or anything. Anyone know any solutions to this problem?

u know what, i had the same problem yesterday... i got my xbox back from repairs and then i had to update it and it took so loonnnnggg and then after the update was finished i got the same message. i wanted to dlwd crysis 2 demo and i couldnt get to the marketplace until like 20 mins later... it was weird idk y that message kept popping up.

Its because your internet connection was too slow and it didnt load up all of the content
