After looking at their site I decided to give it another go. I was with them about a year ago and the service was so slow that I couldn't stand it and cancelled my membership. I went back because I just got a 360 last week and there are alot of older games that I want to play through. Has the service gotten any better? I understand that its still going be tough to get new releases but how about the turn around on games? When I had it before it would take almost 2 weeks to get another game, so I'm hoping its improved this time around. Anyone had good luck with the service?
Yeah. I'm going on my 2nd year with it now, and it's a lot better.
The long waits were probably because you live far from a shipping center.

Thanks for the link, I'm in central Illinois so I guess they'll be shipping from the PA center. I really hope its improved this time the price is right if I can get a decent turn around on games.
i'm on the 2nd time with them as well. they put in the PA warehouse and now it only takes a few days to get games. i saw on the website that they have a 3rd warehouse in florida now. i like it a lot now. i just bought COD4 for $33 or so.
been a member for about six months now and i love it. usually takes abt 4-5 days total for me to send my current game and recieve a new one. So im very happy with the service.
