Should I replace my Harddrive?

Today, my Xbox 360 got error code E68. I did all of the procedures, but the 360 didn't work. But when I removed the Harddrive and turned on the console, the console didn't get the error code and worked. Long story short, should I replace the Harddrive (I think that it has hardware failure)?

PS. Is there a way to tranfer the data of the old Harddrive to a new Harddrive, or do I have to start over (games, downloads, etc)?gmc2u_64
