Resident Evil 4 section 4.1

Hi Everyone

I am currently playing Resident Evil 4 I am up to level 4.1 atm i downloaded game from Game Pass, have noticed all of sudden Leon has turned black in color not sure why this is the case, makes it hard to see what to do next. Please help this would be muchly appreciated.

@davidc_manly1st: Found a video on youtube about someone showing the same glitch in 4.1. He said that saving and reloading solved the issue. If it doesn't, maybe try downloading the game again?
