This may sound stupid but i don't know how to redeem MS pointscan anyone help me please?
go to the marketplace then look under video store you should see Redeem Code click on it and enter the Numbers/letters that are on the card.
oh ok i tried this and it didnt work thats why i asked but thanks5TEELYit didn't work? are you sure that the prepaid card wasn't scratched or used by someone else? and also make sure that you typed everything correctly otherwise it won't work.
Press the guide button.Scroll all the way to the left.You should see "Redeem Code" somewhere on the list (I think next to bottom)Enter the code you have on your card
