Finally someone that agrees with me, The default settings are wayyyyy too dark in this game. I had to go turn the setting to max and now everything appears to be normal.

I think it all depends on your TV settings. I had the same problem. But used the calibration option and now it's fine.

oh ok good i just wanted to make sure it wasnt just me hehe well ya the place its actualy was the most noticeable for me is during the last level or wichevr level it is when ur team isnt with u anymore. During that part of the game i just bumped up the birghtness in the options because i couldnt see the enemies and it was pissing me off lol

Yup, what Chaos said is right. The dark, dark places were made so that you would use thermal or night vision goggles, lol. You guys are funny. Anyways, turning up the brightness is a lazy and easy way out of using your tactical gear. I know some people dont like it because it's out of their comfort zone but once you get use to it, it's quite fun and realistic. Try it out.

nah im not just talkin about spots like that i know when it gets that dark ur supposed to use night vision but im saying even some parts of the game that are lit up are really dark in other areas for example if i try shooting an enemy far away that area looks to dark while where im standing it seems to look ok.....

It really does depend on your tv. We had several diffrent TVs setup last week (in the same room) and the difference was very apparent. Our HDTVs looked pretty bright compared to the SDTVs, which looked downright murky. Adjusting the in-game brightness settings helped a little bit, but the contrast didn't come close to matching the HDTVs. So the players on SDTVs were forced to use thermal goggles a lot. Tweaking the tv brightness settings helped a bit, but not much.
