"This account not permitted to download..." Why?

When i try to download the Frontlines Fuel of War demo, a window pops up saying my account isn't permitted to download it. I have a gold subscription and the game is only rated Teen. Also family settings are enabled either. Does anyone know why this is happening? I happens with other downloads as well and is getting annoying especially with the Devil May Cry demo coming out on the 24th :x

im 17 and can't get T or M rated games. my question is this: how am i supposed to get the halo 3 maps? bunch of bs i can't even pay for something i want.paullywog

I was able to download them, that's weird. And how am i able to download Halo 3 videos if the game is rated M?

Happened to me with the GTAIV newest trailer(old not). I called Microsoft and tried everything. Finally he just told me to create another account that says I am like 25 or sumtin, then it worked. Try that, worked for me

well i don't have that many gamerpoints, but i agree on not giving up my account after having it for years.

Microsof was generous enough to make it so that as long as we pay we can purchase M content :D
