Quick charge problem

I got a quick charge kit about a month ago and after about 5 uses it wont charge the battery pack anymore. The light doesnt turn on or anything. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Dunno if is the same problem, but mine when i plug in it turns green at same time, and never gets red to actually recharge, when i unplug it literally shut down the controller. If it's the same problem i wanna know too.

I had this problem. MS sent me a new battery pack but it did the same thing. It was either the cord or the usb on the console. I ended up just using batteries since the console itself died. I should try it with the new one and see if it works now.....
