Ya so I just started having this problem were i could not download mature demos and videos. It says my account is not permitted to download blahblah because of the ratings. so i went to family settings to make sure everything was in order and it was. I should be able to download anything I wish but lately it wont let me. It is really irritating. Can anyone help?
also at first it was just mature games but now it is Teen and Rated Pending games. My friend is having the same problem. I have no idea whats going on...
If you're now 18 years of age or older, you can promote your account and this issue will be solved. If you're not over 18, well ... you have to (a) wait it out, or (b) make a new account with an age 18 or over.
you think microsoft is covering thier ass with what Fox news said about Mass Effect by making people under 18 unable to make these downloads? i think its funny
