posible future problem?

my xbox lately has been freezing when im on the dashboard or if im watching movies on netflix. does this happen to any of you? also when im playing a game it never freezes its only on netflix and dashboard

Could be your router connection (if you're connected with a router). If so, try resetting your router. Also, if you are downloading something on your network via PC it could be using up bandwidth. I've experienced that before. Hope this helps.
