I'm concerned for those who voted "Yes, I've always loved the Halo series and will buy it even if it sucks". I mean sure, Halo fans will buy Halo games, but why buy a Halo game "even if it sucks"?

It makes no sense other than mindless brand loyalty....

i'll be renting ODST to play the beta and unless it just completely blows me the F away i wont be buying it.

No. I've never been a fan of the Halo series. Not saying that it's bad it just does not appeal to me.

I am buying it for the story and custom MP... I have always hated Halo Matchmaking, but I have loved the story and Universe... I am a big realistic future buff, like Systems Alliance from ME, UNSC from Halo, etc... I am really into the future of humanity and our expansion into space so pretty much any game with a semi realistic outlook on it is my kind of game... And I love forge... Some of the games are just so fun (fatman anyone?) one of the best player made game modes ever IMO...

I'm definitely buying it. I feel like Halo is a more complete experience than most other FPS's out there. Halo campaigns are longer than most other games these days and the multiplayer is always solid.

I'm buying a cheap copy of ODST just to play Reach so most likely I will buy Halo Reach regardless but I'm not sure which edition should I get.
