Platinum Hits, Buy 2 get 1 free

I just saw an add for this under the "Spotlight" tab on xbox live. It seems as if it's being sponsored by walmart.com... Has anyone took advantage of this deal yet? Or, has anyone else even seen it? I couldn't find anything on walmart.com...Although, I think I saw a thread about it not too long ago on here... Any input is greatly appreciated since there is afew platinum hits (battlefield:bad comapany, army of 2, and mass effect) I have yet to play. Thanks in advance!!!

They have cheap game bins at the Wal Mart where I live and I found Army of Two, Battlefield, Fight Night, Tiger Woods 09 and a bunch of other games for 18.97 each. Not a bad deal but I bought Facebreaker out of this bin too and even at $18.97 I feel like I paid too much.

Ok, I can't figure out how to do this. I contacted walmart.com, and they said they don't have the offer. They told me to contact Xbox 360, but I can't find any general customer service contacts.

Microsoft has done a terrible job of handling this offer.

Microsoft, for crying out loud, you are advertising this deal on Xbox Live. You NEED to point out which retailers are participating in this deal. You NEED to point out the expiration date of this deal. You NEED to point out whether this deal is in-store only or if it can also take place online.

Do it right, Microsoft!

I'm always cautious when following a link from a message board, so I thought I would point out how to find the deal on the website by yourself.

On walmart.com, go to Video Games from the main page and scroll down. On the left (3rd box down) is the box for Special Offers. In that box click on Game Value Bundles. On this page scroll down to find the "Buy 2 get 1 Free* on Select XBox 360 Titles" offer (6th item down). From there you can choose from thosecertain games and then choose which one you want free.

Since when was army of 2 a hit? It was a good game, but I didn't think it did as well as say mass effect or burnout.

Since they needed to drop the price in order to keep selling copies...

hey guys they only have 4 games to choose from now. Sorry for bringing back old thread, but i wanted bioshock, mass effect and battlefield bad company. But they dont have those games for some reason.

i just ordered this the other day, i chose mass effect, army of two and burnout paradise. now i see that mass effect isn't available anymore so i guess i lucked out and got one of the last copies.
